JUNKO has won two European Product Design Awards. It is made from Recycled Plastic in the EU and packaged plastic-free.

JUNKO was invented by Pete, a Dad who was sad about all of the throwaway plastic toys and wanted to get kids off screens and learn to make things with their hands. He gave up his job and spent 2 years developing JUNKO with his own kids.

Our four main kits help kids to make vehicles, boats (powered by a patented rubber band drive), and buildings like houses and castles… Our innovative connectors help kids join together boxes, bottles, cartons, pots without the need for tape or glue, A Facebook follower described JUNKO as “the Lego for everything".

Esperamos que estés de acuerdo en que no hace falta comprar juguetes nuevos todo el tiempo: es mucho más satisfactorio y bueno para nuestro cerebro aprender a fabricar las cosas nosotros mismos y, por supuesto, también es mucho más ecológico :) Al igual que tú, nos preocupamos por el planeta, así que JUNKO está hecho de plástico reciclado, de modo que usamos menos recursos naturales preciados de la Tierra. Si no aprovechamos el plástico viejo (hay mucho más del que puedas imaginar), acaba enterrado, quemado o en el mar, y cada una de esas opciones tiene un coste medioambiental.
