Very happy with the boots. Quality seems very good. First pair of these for me so tried a few to get the right size, Will’s customer service / returns service was great. Recommended
I have since purchased another Chelsea boot in brown. I've struggled with transitioning to non leather shoes. Will's is such fine craftsmanship the search is complete.
These boots are comfy, warm and stylish. They took me a little while to break in on the top of the foot.

The boots are great and meet almost all the criteria I was shopping for. The downside is they don’t seem to have been tested in snowy Sweden. The rocks used for traction here become stuck in the tread and soon fill the entire boot bottom. Also, the snow, especially wetter snow clumps under the heel making it impossible to walk. Finally, the insole isn’t attached which requires straightening each time I throw the boots on defeating the intention of having an easy on/off winter boot. If these three things were fixed the boots would be perfect!
