Our WVSport Waterproof Hiking Boots are now available in an insulated version that will allow you to wear them in harsh weather conditions and freezing temperatures down to -22° / -7.6 Fahrenheit.
Made in Italy to the highest standards these have been designed for traction, stability, comfort and durability in the most demanding terrains.
The Vibram rubber injection outsoles have been designed with areas for grip, traction, braking and stability. The outsoles have been ballistic welded onto the uppers, so they will not part easily.
The uppers have been created with abrasion and scuff resistant Lyliane 3DMX and Cordura materials, so you can take these off-road and not worry about what happens on the way. You can wear these for long distances in comfort, walking on the removable cushioned anatomic insoles, your feet and ankles are supported with padding on the tongue and around the collar.
These are lab tested waterproof, with waterproof seams, a sealed tongue and a special breathable waterproof membrane that does not allow water penetration. Put on and take off easily with the finger tab, using the high-grade laces threaded through lace hooks that are long lasting and allow smooth lace sliding.
WVSport models are designed and produced in the foothills of the Dolomite Hills, Italy.
Each model is created using CAD design technology that simulates the different phases of the walking experience.
Advanced components and construction methods are used to create the models like the use of Vibram soles and a patented Support System which means the fit is always comfortable and secure.
Development samples are lab tested for days for their abrasion resistance, durability and water resistance. New models can take months sometimes years to develop.

The factory we use to product WVSport models features one of the largest photovoltaic plants in Italy which means that 70% of the power used to produce WVSport footwear is from solar.
As well as working under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law the factory has their own Charter of Human Responsibilities (or Code of Ethics) which helps ensure the company is committed to respecting the rights, work and dignity of its employees.
For sourcing the materials to create each model we work with the factory using a traceability system that enables us to trace back every step in the production process so we always know what has been used and where it has come from.

I received two pairs of low quality shoes including a replacement. Color differences under stitching, little holes on the outsole, wrinkles on the uppers, exposed faux fur lining, ripped stitching and dirty etc. Photos that I uploaded can not fully show, but in person, the shoes just don’t look like worthy of $168.
I have a pair of this hiking shoes that are not insulated and they are well made. I don’t know what happened. Maybe Will’s Vegan Store has changed their manufacturer or lower the quality control standards.
By the way, I tried to upload more photos. But the system won’t let me. And sadly, I have to return those defective shoes and decide not to try another replacement. Because I am worried that same thing would happen again after waiting.

I am so sorry you received this pair of boots from us. They should not have passed our quality control team. We make these boots with the same factory in Italy as when we introduced our WVSport collection, nothing has changed at all. You should not expect to receive boots in this condition from us.
For your peace of mind, we will always replace, refund or try to repair your purchases at any point if you are not happy - just let us know and we will take care of everything. This is especially the case with any new delivery, you should expect your new purchase or exchange item to be 110%
For the pair you have to save on waste and co2 creation you are welcome to keep them for seconds, or pass to a friend or a charity shop.

These hiking boots fit great and are comfortable. The first time i wore them for approx. 8 hours while moving. The second time I wore them was while hiking and the tread grips giving me a sense of security while walking up and down steep, rocky terrain without feeling the need to hold onto anything. Ann added bonus is that these are the first boots I've had that don't come untied.

The boots are very comfortable. I have made a few small hikes with these boots, and no blisters or pain. There was also some gentle rain and my feet stayed dry. The size is good fitting and the color is exactly as in the pictures. I would definitely recommend.
