Die Ware war gut verpackt und schnell geliefert. Der Gürtel ist etwas länger als ich dachte, passt aber trotzdem. Er ist sauber verarbeitet, das vegane Leder fühlt sich toll an. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

I ordered the belt as a birthday gift. In the end, it wasn’t the right size but we could exchanged it as stated on the website. The whole process took a little while but It seems to be a good quality belt and happy to have an alternative to leather.
I’d encourage a slightly better customer service. Whilst I was waiting for the belt to be delivered - I took into account the delivery times written on the website, however it took much longer- I was checking the tracking number I was sent and noticed the parcel was stuck for several days in the same place. So I contacted Vegan Store customer service to ask if they had more information being the sender. They replied relatively quickly but did not answer to my question and told me to check the tracking number. Similarly, when I got in touch for the exchanged and asked a couple of specific questions, I did not get a straight answer but rather a semi-automated email.

My vegetarian husband was thrilled with his new Will's vegan belt that he received for Christmas. Item was delivered on time.

Really bad fit. The holes are punched incorrectly. I bought two medium belts. Neither fit my 33 inch waist and are both different sizes and different lengths.
