I've waited 3 seasons with the review. In my case, I'm still only able to wear these with socks but not with tights (not mentioning barefoot).
They look lovely and are comfortable to wear on soft office floors but I can't really walk 10 mins to / from work in them without having to wear multiple plasters, which makes them quite impractical.
Given other good reviews, I'm not sure if it's my feet or just a faulty model but these are the least comfortable shoes that I own.

These are incredibly fashionable and comfortable. I have a habit of not wearing them with socks. 3 years later and the insole has pretty much disintegrated but they’re still comfortable and still being worn.

Amazing shoes. Surprisingly comfy and overall perfect. It would be great to have a version in a dark brown. Because brown is the new black.

They are comfortable and stylish. They go well with pants as well as skirts. I wear a size 42, but despite them being a bit long due to the pointed toe, the shoe is dainty and slim, so they don't look big at all.
Takes about a week to break in, so make sure to have some band aids on hand, but once they are broken in, you can wear them all day. They even have padding in the sole for the heel.
