A slip-on loafer in versatile stone vegan suede — unlined, effortless, and exceptionally comfortable with a soft unlined vegan suede interior, flexible cream EVA outsoles, and 1cm deep removable EVA memory foam insoles.

We haven't made a loafer constructed like this before. It took several attempts to get them right. The traditional way to make this style is with no lining — and that's what we wanted — but it only works if the upper material is substantial enough to stand alone. After a lot of testing we found a new vegan suede thick enough to make it happen. No stiffeners. No extra layers. Just one piece of soft vegan suede, shaped into a loafer.

Your feet rest directly on the thick vegan suede and sit on 1cm deep removable EVA memory foam insoles. They are like walking on clouds. Wear them with or without socks — with nothing between you and the vegan suede, they help keep your feet cool and dry through long hot spring and summer days. The flexible cream EVA outsoles move with your foot in a similar way to what you would find on a pair of trainers, with a grippy tread that works across most surfaces.

The colour is a soft warm neutral — a stone colour that doesn't fight with anything. Loose linen trousers on a warm evening. Cargo shorts on a Saturday. Swim shorts coming back from the beach. Tailored chinos. Rolled denim. It sits comfortably with casual as well as more formal combinations.

Made in Portugal. Hand wash with soapy water if they need a clean, and leave to dry naturally.

This product is certified carbon-neutral and ethically made in Portugal under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law. It's vegan from the uppers and linings to the glue. It's delivered to you through our carbon-neutral supply chain in plastic-free paper and cardboard packaging.

Lining: Unlined – your foot rests against the soft reverse side of the one piece of thick vegan suede that forms the shoe (100% PU)
Insole: 1cm deep removable EVA insoles
Outsole: TR (thermoplastic rubber)

Construction & Features

Shank: No shank – a soft, flexible build that moves with your feet
Construction: Mounted construction with no toe puff or heel counter – just one piece of soft vegan suede, shaped into a loafer
Water Resistance: Not water-resistant – vegan suede will soak through in rain, though it won't mark or spoil when wet. Best kept for dry days, and treat with a waterproofing spray if you want some protection.

Care Guide

Clean: For marks and stubborn stains, use warm soapy water with a cloth or soft brush, working gently over the surface. Towel dry afterwards.Brush: Once fully dry, run a suede brush over the uppers to lift the nap back up and restore the soft, even texture. Brushing in one direction gives the most consistent finish.Drying: Always let your footwear dry naturally, away from direct heat sources like radiators, as too much heat can stiffen or damage the suede. Stuff with paper or a shoe tree to help hold the shape while drying, and allow a day or two for the insides to dry fully before wearing again.Deodorising: Don't let your footwear stay damp between wears, as this creates an environment where microbes can develop and cause smells. If a smell does develop, dry the footwear thoroughly and use a footwear deodoriser until it clears. In extreme cases you can wash the insides out with warm soapy water, then dry fully and apply the deodoriser again.Waterproofing (optional): If you'd like some added protection, you can treat the suede with a waterproofing spray every 2–3 months depending on use — most standard sprays work fine on vegan suede. This is optional, and bear in mind vegan suede is naturally an open-textured material that isn't designed to be water-resistant.

Fit and comfort notes:

Width and volume: our footwear is designed with a slightly wider D width fitting, offering more width and volume than most brands.
Materials: we use high quality vegan leather and suede. These materials are stable and won't stretch out significantly over time, so we recommend sizing up for comfort.
The perfect fit: you don't want the shoes to pinch your feet. You should have wiggle room for your toes and no rub points.
Feel: in most cases you'll find our footwear is comfy straight out of the box. Depending on the style or your foot shape, it can sometimes take a few wears for the uppers to soften and mould to your feet.

How to take your foot length measurement

Stand on a hard surface with your heel against a wall.
Measure your foot from the heel (the wall) to the longest point of your toes.
Use this number to find your size in the chart above.

It is helpful to measure both feet, as one foot is often slightly larger than the other. Always choose the size that accommodates your longest foot.
