Biker Jacket

The biker is a shape that has never really gone away, which makes it a sound choice for a slow-fashion wardrobe. Ours keeps the details that define it: the asymmetric zip running at an angle across the front, wide notched lapels that fold back and open, and a cut that stops on the hip.

It's made in Italy in vegan leather, soft in the hand with a fine grain and a low sheen. Panelled seaming shapes it through the body, so it sits close without pulling. It's lined in smooth viscose, which is what lets it go on over a tee, a shirt, a knit or a hoodie without dragging on any of them.

The front fastens with a single angled zip, and there are zipped pockets set into the front with cotton linings. The sleeves finish with a zip at the wrist so the cuff opens over a knit.

Wear it over a white tee with black jeans and boots, or over a knit midi dress with tall boots for the contrast of hard against soft. It also works over a shirt with tailored trousers and loafers when you want it sharper. It's a jacket with a strong enough character to lead, so it changes whatever you put it over rather than the other way around.
