- Portuguese vegan suede (100% PU), soft to the hand with a light grain
- Hardware
- Two zips, both metal, and they're the only hardware on the pouch, which is what keeps the front flat enough to slide into a briefcase or under an arm. The main compartment runs across the full width of the top so the pouch opens right out and an A4 document or a laptop goes in square rather than being angled through a gap. The second zip closes the front pocket and sits under a solid metal bar that runs the width of the panel, capping the top edge of the pocket. It gives the zip line something to sit against and holds the shape across the front so the pocket doesn't gape when the main compartment is full. Each pull is metal rather than tabbed, sized to work with a fingertip
- Construction
- Cut and closed by hand, with the panels turned and stitched rather than bonded, so the edges are finished on the inside and there's no raw cut showing. The layers are skived down where they meet the folds, which keeps it slim when it's closed. Edge stitching runs through the outer panels, with bar-tacks at the points that take the wear

Made with Italian bio-based vegan leather containing 62–66% plant-origin renewable materials. Produced in Italy using modern water-based, non-solvent processes, combining a viscose backing with a next-generation bio-based polyurethane surface.
Wipe the outside with a soft damp cloth and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. No solvents, no polish, no heat. If it gets caught in the rain, pat it dry rather than leaving it wet, and empty it so it dries through. The vegan suede lining can be brushed with a suede brush to lift the nap, or wiped down with warm soapy water if anything spills inside. Store it upright in its cotton dust bag with a little padding inside to hold the shape, rather than flat under other things
