Italian Craftsmanship and Advanced Design:

Designed and made at our WVSport facility in the foothills of the Dolomite Hills, Italy, using advanced injection molding, the WVSport Colorado Trail Runners offer exceptional durability and quality. This manufacturing process ensures a robust structure and a lightweight shoe, making these trainers ideal for tackling various outdoor terrains with confidence.

The insoles offer great shock absorption, while the neoprene tongue delivers a snug, irritation-free fit, making them perfect for long-distance runs and hikes.

Ethics & Sustainability

The factory we use to product WVSport models features one of the largest photovoltaic plants in Italy which means that 70% of the power used to produce WVSport footwear is from solar.

As well as working under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law the factory has their own Charter of Human Responsibilities (or Code of Ethics) which helps ensure the company is committed to respecting the rights, work and dignity of its employees.

For sourcing the materials to create each model we work with the factory using a traceability system that enables us to trace back every step in the production process so we always know what has been used and where it has come from.

Materials

Upper: Vegan leather (100% PU) and breathable sports mesh (100% polyester) – smooth supportive overlays over an open mesh that lets air move through
Lining: Breathable sports mesh lining in 100% polyester – an open mesh that keeps air moving to help feet stay cool and fresh
Insole: Removable contoured PU sports insole – shaped to follow your foot for cushioned, supportive comfort
Outsole: Direct-injected dual-density PU sole with a rubber tread layer – lightweight cushioning with grip and durability where it meets the ground
Laces: 100% polyester

Construction & Features

Shank: No shank – the cushioned midsole provides the structure and support, keeping the shoe light and flexible the way a trainer should be
Construction: Direct-injected sole – the sole is moulded and fused straight onto the upper in one process, a technique used in performance and sports footwear. It creates a strong, fully sealed bond with no glue line for water to work into, keeping the build light, durable and ready for hard use
Water Resistance: Water-resistant for everyday wear – keeps you dry in rain, puddles, wet streets, and most winter conditions. Just avoid heavy saturation or full submersion.

Width: D width fitting – a slightly wider fit with more volume than standard
Fit: Order your usual size. Half size? Wider width fittings size up, narrower width fittings size down.
Heel Height: 3.0 cm

Instep: Contoured, removable insole that follows the shape of your foot and gives light arch support underfoot
